Roxanne joins redShift with more than 10 years total recruitment experience and 6 recent years of direct hire recruitment experience with a national recruiting firm. She was recruited by our vice president to provide expertise in IT and Technology for redShift's clients.
In 2021, Roxanne was recruited by Meta for her expertise and joined Meta's AR/VR talent acquisition team expanding her technical knowledge and network. She was impacted by the downturn in "Big Tech" and did not have the tenure to withstand the mass layoffs.
Roxanne is a resourceful "hunter" known for her candor, high energy, and can-do attitude. She is a data driven individual that is passionate about making long term hires that benefit businesses and the candidates she represents alike.
Roxanne is an Albany native and mother of 3. When she is not hunting purple squirrels, Roxanne enjoys volunteering at her church and several homeless shelters throughout the Capital Region. If you can't find her in one of those places, she can be found traveling the world with her children, at home cooking all the foods from all their travels or at the gym burning off those calories.
